Returned products can not be changed, but only repaid.

RETURN A PRODUCT

If your order does not satisfy you, you have 10 working days from receipt of the package, to inform us of your intention to send back one or more products and the reason for this return.

Later, you will have 10 working days from receipt of our confirmation, to return your package. If the return is made after the expiry of this term, our Service Returns will be entitled to refuse the package and send it back to the sender.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Notify the order for which you want to return goods.

Prepare your return order.

Select a package under or reuses the original carton to send via a courier of your choice the product you want to return.

We’ll provide the address to which to send the package.

Enter inside the package the item in its original packaging (eg cellophane), the invoice and all that is indicated by the customer care.

For items delivered via Bartolini BRT Express Courier:

If the reason for return is caused by our mistake (article does not comply, defective item, …), after verification of our customer service, we will send our courier of confidence that will allow you to send back the products without paying postage.

In other cases (the product should not we …), the costs and risks related to the products made are charged to the customer.

THE MODE OF REDEMPTION

Refund will be made within 2 to 8 days, depending on the means of payment used.

If you used a deferred debit card, the refund will be made by the end of the current month. In cases where the reimbursement times may be long, you should contact your bank.

If your order has been confirmed with the help of vouchers, these will be returned automatically. In any case, the refund to your bank account will take precedence over the vouchers, the latter will be returned to you at a later time, to complete the refund amount.

RIGHT OF RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL

CANCEL AN ORDER

You can proceed with the cancellation of one of your orders via the phone book, contacting customer care at info@overalshop.it within 24 hours of ordering communicant the order you want to cancel.

The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and an e-mail confirmation will be sent immediately.

RETURN AN ORDER

It has 10 working days from receipt of your package, to inform us of your intention to send back one or more products, plus 10 more working days after confirmation from us to send back your package. If the return is made after this deadline, the package will be refused and returned to sender.
